Operations

Reads at most the last 2 MB of the audit/feedback files and at most 500 messages of history per session, for up to 24 people. Different sources may be recorded at different times. Running turns are not shown.

Input tokens come from the turn's audit; an old 0 cannot be told apart from missing data, so it shows “unknown”. Estimated model calls count assistant steps in the matched history, without unrecorded retries/side work. Current receipts have no output tokens and no real call count per turn.

Feedback is the session's existing list with its answer index, not a rating of the latest turn. Tools are the names called, not proof they succeeded. Hermes reachable means its API answered, not that the provider works. The extension leaves no receipt when it disconnects, so its current state shows unknown with only the last connect time.
